The 19 members of this Association represent flour mills across the country, from Beer Sheva and Ashdod in the south to Haifa and Afula in the north.

Milling capabilities of these mills reaches an annual figure of over 1,000,000 tons of wheat.

The Association’s main areas of activity are:

• Labor agreements with the Histadrut (Trade Union)

• Standardization – membership in the Standards Institution of Israel  
  
  
• Ongoing contact with government ministries, such as Ministry of Industry, Trade and Labor, Ministry of Agriculture, Ministry of Finance
