Achiad specializes in strategic business partnerships within the Hi-Tech sector and their related go to market strategies. With over a decade of experience promoting the Israeli industry, Achiad has established close relationships with international business partners and helped them do business with Israeli technology solutions. Achiad is the co-founder of Validize, a technology platform that supports business partners working with the Israeli cyber security industry.
Previously, Achiad founded the Cyber Security Unit at the Israel Export Institute, a joint venture between the Israel Export Institute, the Ministry of Economy, and the Israeli National Cyber Directorate. In that role, he worked with hundreds of Israeli cyber companies and startups supporting their needs, as well as with dozens of multinational companies helping them build partnerships with Israeli technology.

אחיעד בעל ניסיון של למעלה מעשור בעבודה עם התעשייה הישראלית, יצירת קשרים הדוקים עם שותפים בינלאומיים וסיוע בקידום פתרונות טכנולוגיים ישראליים. אחיעד הוא המייסד המשותף של פלטפורמה טכנולוגית התומכת בשותפים עסקיים מרחבי העולם, בעבודה מול תעשיית הסייבר הישראלית. 
בעבר הקים אחיעד את יחידת הסייבר במכון היצוא הישראלי, מיזם משותף בין מכון היצוא הישראלי, משרד הכלכלה ומערך הסייבר הלאומי של ישראל. בתפקיד זה עבד עם מאות חברות סייבר וחברות סטארט-אפ ישראליות וסייע להן בקידום צרכיהן, וכמו כן סייע לעשרות חברות רב-לאומיות להיחשף לטכנולוגיות הסייבר הישראלית.
