The Women Industrialists Forum has a membership of approximately 750 women who hold executive positions in all branches of industry.

The Forum operates within the Manufacturers Association of Israel.
The Forum Chairwoman operates alongside the Forum Administration.

The Women Industrialists’ Forum was established in 1994 with the goal of encouraging women to assume managerial positions in industry. It works in the Israeli economy at large and in the industrial sector in particular to promote women to managerial positions in industry and raise awareness of the importance of the professional promotion of women at all levels of management. It provides a supportive framework for women industrialists, to further their promotion and to increase their representation in management and directorates. The Forum links women industrialists from differing areas to create a professional platform for cooperation and fruitful exchange of ideas. It encourages young women to choose industrial professions; to familiarize the members of the Forum with the MAI and its institutions and encourage them to become active in it, in accordance with the MAI's bylines that guarantee women 10% representation and at least one woman in the executive board of every association, forum or committee.

Every year the Forum’s directors decide on a working plan, aimed at putting ideas into practice. From time to time the plan concentrates on specific issues arising out of these ideas. For this purpose it is assisted by various tools, including carrying out professional annual surveys to determine the current position, stands, challenges and opportunities and to identify subjects and problems to be dealt with.
