The Economics Division centralizes all MAI’s economic activities. It is responsible for crystallizing the Association’s macro- and micro- economic platforms, as presented to the various authorities in Israel.
The Division’s economists provide constant economic counseling to the MAI’s President, and deal with economic issues that are of relevance to MAI members. The Economic Division provides services at the macro level – answering the needs of all members – as well as at the micro level, in giving economic advice or finding suitable solutions for individual members or groups of members with similar problems.
The Economic Division represents the MAI at official institutions, appearing before different parliamentary committees and other national forums. It also deals with members’ individual approaches, and circulates relevant economic material to members. |
