Finance and Administration Division

This Division is responsible for the MAI’s finances and administration. It provides professional services to the various MAI associations, headquarters divisions and ancillary societies. The MAI’s Finance Committee, comprising 18 public figures, steers and supervises the division’s activities.

The Finance and Administration Division is in charge of the MAI’s manpower, computer network, maintenance and property. It also arranges events and seminars and assists in recruiting new members for the MAI.

Areas of activity:
Collection of membership dues and related calculations.
Collection of service fees from non-MAI members.
Accepting new members and inter-branch cooperation regarding member recruitment.
Ongoing contacts with leaders of emergency organizations.
Directing the MAI during times of emergency and helping to solve members’ problems.
Ensuring that key mechanical equipment and manpower is available during times of emergency and providing solutions to problems.
Authenticating Certificates of Origin for exporters.
Dealing with issues of internal management.
Updating membership listings.
Appointing MAI members and staff as representatives in various organizations and institutions.
Identifying other sources of income in order to expand MAI activities for the benefit of members.
Publicizing lists of job seekers in appropriate fields.
Operating the MAI’s internal computer network and Internet site.
Managing the finances of the Society for Industry-Community Relations.
Arranging conventions and functions such as Industry Prize Ceremony, General Assembly, etc.
